She was predeceased by: her parents, Denver Parrish and Regina Atkins Parrish; and her husband James Lylburn. She is survived by: her brother Leon (Dorothy) of Albuquerque, NM; her daughter Mary Beth Einerson (Mark) of Ohio; and her grandchildren, Kyle and Katy.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Holliday Christian Church where Opal was a faithful member for many years or the Little Dixie Regional Libraries.
