We bid farewell to Johnny Franklin Ragsdale of Holliday, Missouri, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on February 3, 2025 at the age of 88. Johnny Franklin touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde E. Ragsdale and Florence Dora Ragsdale (Selsor); his wife Ann Forbis; his daughter Diana Lynn Ragsdale; and his siblings, Gene Ragsdale, Don Ragsdale, Doris Ann Vaughn, Rob Ragsdale and Betty Lou Hayhurst.
He is survived by: his children, Bobby Ragsdale (Shellie) of Holliday, MO, Angelia Baker (Ernie) of Holliday, MO and Beverly Bartels (Lyndall) of Paris, MO; and his grandchildren, Emily Ragsdale, Tanya Ragsdale, Terra Ballenger, Jacob Ragsdale, Dalton King, Daris King, Darlene Milligan, Brandie Kinnaman, Zachary Baker, Bridget Baker, Justin Bartels, Drew Bartels, Quin Bartels and Hannah Bartels. He is also survived by 21 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; and many nieces, nephews, and other extended family.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 6th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Agnew Funeral Home (128 W Caldwell St, Paris, MO 65275). A funeral service was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
