She was predeceased by: her parents, Clyde E. Ragsdale and Florence D. Selsor Ragsdale; and her brothers, Gene Ragsdale, Don Ragsdale, Rob Ragsdale and Clayton.
She is survived by: her former husband Paul Henry Simon, Jr.; her children, Doug Simon, Shelly Bedsworth (Simon), Claire, Chloe, Cole Simon, Kate and Paige Bedsworth; her husband Charles E. Hayhurst; her children, James Hayhurst (Mandy) of Thompson and Debra Wilkerson (Paris); her grandchildren, Jimmy Wilkerson, Jenette White and Jacob Hayhurst; and her great grandchildren, Doniven, Dawson, Emma, Ethan, Eragon and Brooklyn. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials may be made to Monroe County Cancer Supporters.
