He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Forrest and Beulah Forrest (Cramer); his siblings, Fred "Bud" Forrest, William "Bill" Forrest, Helen Swan and Virginia Gilmore; and his close friends, Danny Banderas and John Gross.
He is survived by: his daughter Tonya Adams (Cary) of Holden; his grandchildren, Lauren Griffin (Michael) of Holden, Lane Adams (Kara) of Kansas City and Landon "Bug" Adams (Michaela) of Holden; his great grandchildren, Harrison and Palmer Griffin; his close friend Leroy Fisher (Kathy); and his pet Bella.
The family suggests memorial contributions to the Disabled American Veteran's Association in lieu of flowers.
