He is survived by: his mother Jewell M. Shockley; his significant other Angela Thomas; his children, Recolia Wehmeyer (Jesse) and Arbra Shockley Sr. (Michaelia); his siblings, Peggy A. Scott (Dennis), Joseph Shockley and Darlene Carmichael; and his grandchildren, Reco, Von, Arbra Jr. and Arie Mae. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
