It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Nancy Gayle Scott of Holden, Missouri, who passed away on February 24, 2025, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ferman Raines and Willis "Billie" Jones Thompson; her stepfather Russell Thompson; her husband Luther Scott; her son Michael Scott; her grandson Derek Scott; and her son-in-law Gary Duncan.
She is survived by: her children, Terry Scott (Sasha) of Holden, MO, Randy Scott (Sheri) of Holden, MO, Jimmy Scott (Alice) of Odessa, MO, Rhonda Foley (Chad) of Holden, MO, Pamela Duncan of Holden, MO and Lisa Williams (Ron) of Odessa, MO; and her brothers, David Thompson of Rye, TX and Phillip Thompson. She is also survived by twenty grandchildren and twenty-four great-grandchildren as well as many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Campbell-Cast Funeral Home (407 S Pine St, Holden, MO 64040). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 from 4:30 PM to 5:00 PM at the Scott Memorial Cemetery.
Suggested memorials in lieu of flowers are to be made to the family, to assist with funeral expenses.
