He was predeceased by: his parents, Maurice Henry Richey and Margaret Richey (Spires); his son Pete Richey; his brother John Richey; and his grandchild Benjamin McDaniel.
He is survived by: his former wife Joan Richey; his wife Ruth Richey; his daughters, Vicky Ethridge of Greenwood, MO and Anna Yoder; his stepchildren, Barbara Blauw (Johnny) of Leawood, KS, Suzanne Erdbacher (Scott) and James McDaniel (Glenda) of Holden, MO; his siblings, Allen Richey of Centennial, CO and Marilyn Moyer (Jake) of Fayette, MO; and also Wife Dixie of Centennial, CO. He is also survived by Nine Grand-Children and Ten Great-Grand-Children.
