He is survived by: his wife Melissa Sue Brandt; his children, Misty Collins (Devon Hamline) of Warrensburg, MO, Allison Collins (Nicholas Tarman) of Kansas City, MO and Austin Collins (Shelby Tate) of Holden, MO; his brothers, Marion Collins (Sara) of Lee's Summit, MO and Jason Collins (Kelli Culp) of Lee's Summit, MO; and his grandchildren, Ava Hamline and Carter Hamline. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
