She is survived by: her daughters, Kayla Meyer (Josh Rice), Allison Meyer (Jared Murray) and Dana Meyer; her siblings, Johnny Dettwiler of Conroe and Kathy Courtois (Brian); her close friend Davin Phillips of Olathe; and her children, Mailey, Kaylen, Teather and Declan.
