He was predeceased by: his parents, Levert A. Page and Effie Page (Franklin); his wife Louise Page; his son Michael Dale Page; and his siblings, Sherman Shockley, Austin Shockley and Norma Shivers.
He is survived by: his former wife Nita Louise Higgins; his daughters, Carla Henry (Ray) of Gravois Mills, MO and Paula McBride (John) of Holden, MO; and his sister Irene Fiene of Blackburn, MO. He is also survived by eight grandsons and eighteen great grandchildren.
Due to Covid the family respectfully requests that all who attend please wear a mask and practice social distancing.
