He was predeceased by: his parents, Lehman Maguffee and Zora Maguffee (Golden); his wife Shirley Ann Nichols; and his siblings, Norma Hayes, Neama Turner, Naomi Webb, Edna Trulson, Rhudene Smith, Obed Maguffee, Frehleyn Maguffee, H. B. Maguffee and J. N. Maguffee.
He is survived by: his children, Leiann Zvacek (Nick) of Pleasant Hill, MO, Debra Maguffee of Holden, MO, Michael Maguffee of Holden, MO and Lehman Maguffee of Holden, MO; and his grandchildren, Michaela Maguffee, Maddy Zvacek, Michenzee Maguffee and Blaine Maguffee.
