We are sad to announce that on September 28, 2020, at the age of 68, Kathy Anne Slagle of Holden, Missouri, born in Cortez, Colorado passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Omer Creager and June Duncan McCalley; her stepfather Jack McCalley; her son Jeffrey Dale Slagle; and her brother James Creager.
She is survived by: her husband John H. Slagle of Holden, Missouri; her stepmother Beradine Creager of Anthony; her daughter Melissa Slagle of Holden, Missouri; and her sisters-in-law, Nelda Creager and Jackie Paterson (Scott). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
