She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo Alma and Ercie Alfreda Porterfield (Orr); her son Elton Hershell Guinn III; and her sister Gloria Sue Porterfield. She is survived by: her husband Terry; her sons, Shawn Guinn (Amy) of Kingsville, MO and Doug (D. L.); her daughter-in-law Michelle Guinn of Magnolia, MO; her siblings, Sandy Ethridge (Doug) of Holden, MO and Jerry Leo Porterfield (Rita Michelle) of Lone Jack, MO; her grandchildren, Haley McLennan, Jacqueline Kay Grant (Tyler), Micheal Guinn (Amanda), Dylan Guinn (Alexis), Lillian Ercie Guinn, Airyn Guinn, Aidian Guinn, Izabell Guinn, McKenzie Denney (Dakota) and Emmi Denney (Avary Denney); her nephews, Jeremy Ethridge and Brock Porterfield; and her niece Jill Cowan. She is also survived by 7 great grandchildren.
