He was predeceased by: his parents, Judson Jones McNeil and Essie Marie Masters McNeil; his sons, Eric E. McNeil and Steven R. McNeil; and his granddaughter Melissa Dawn McCarty.
He is survived by: his wife Eleta J. McNeil; and his children, Judd McNeil Jr. (Carol) of Warrensburg, MO, Charles Martin (Laurie) of Westfield, Ronnie Rogers of FLorida, Juanita McCarty (Steven) of Holden, Debbie McNeil of California, Janie McNeil of Arkansas, Jeri McNeil of California and Sherry Rogers of Florida. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
