He is survived by: his wife Joyce Padgett; and his children, Douglas Padgett (Lisa) of Shawnee, KS, Keith Padgett (Wendy) of Prairie Village, KS, Cindy DuMortier (Craig) of Overland Park, KS and Dixie Rogers (Rob) of Shawnee, KS. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
