Collins of Independence, MO; his girlfriend Vicky Johnson; his grandchildren, Misty, Austin, Allison, Jonathan, Kaelee and Michael; his great grandchildren, Ava and Carter; and his siblings, Darlene Haws, Betty St. Pierre, Brenda Davis of Higginsville, MO, Larry Collins and Bud Collins. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
