He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Earnest Barker and Venita May Barker (Halsey); and his brother Edward Barker. He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Barker; his sister Sharon Moody of Holden, MO; his son Gerald Barker, Jr.; and his grandchildren, Theresa Crowder, Mark Barker and Alexander Barker.
