She was predeceased by: her parents, Hershel Campbell and Sella Campbell (Smith); her husband Irvine Higgins; her children, Jimmie Don Higgins and Connie Graham; and her sisters, Lavina Gehrig and Wilma Daugherty.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Debbie Hill (Ken), Jim Snare (Dawn), Becky Snare and Michael Higgins. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.
