He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Dodson and Jennifer Dodson (Billingsley); and his grandparents, J. J. "Benton", Hazel Billingsley, Carl, Vergie Dodson, Fay and Roy Buckley.
He is survived by: his children, Caleb Dodson, Christian Dodson, Canaan Dodson of Camp LeJeune, NC, Anna Dodson, Kevin Dodson, Rachel Dodson and Genevieve Dodson; his stepchildren, Jose, Joshua, Josiah, Jeremiah, Jordan, Jonathan Lopez, Mark, Alison and Reese Evans; and his siblings, David Dodson (Debbie), Daniel Dodson (Rachel) and Dana Pulliam (John).
A memorial service will be held on Sunday, November 24th 2024 from 12:30 PM to 2:30 PM at the Holden First United Methodist Church (605 E 10th St, Holden, MO 64040).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the Muscular Dystrophy Association.
