He is survived by: his former wife Pamela Merriott (Thurman); his daughter Melissa Dawn Cartmill of Sedalia, MO; his siblings, Ronald Cartmill (Cheryl) of Kingsville, MO, Russell Thompson of Harrisonville, MO, Terry Fisher (Mike) of Kingsville, MO and Tina Hood (John) of Holden, MO.; and his grandchildren, Cloey, Dalton, Skylar and Elijah. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 12th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Covenant Church of Holden (298 MO-131, Holden, MO 64040). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, November 12th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's hospital, Memphis, Tennessee.
