With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Dana Kristine Tapu of Holden, Missouri, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Dana Kristine left this world on March 18, 2025 at the age of 62, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. Though Dana Kristine may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Dana Kristine touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ronald Roy Culbertson and Carol Ann Cox; and her brother Donald Culbertson. She is survived by: her sons, Darren and Derrek Culbertson; her brother Randy Culbertson; and her aunt Linda Shadden. She is also survived by four grandchildren and two nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 29th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Holden Manor Health & Rehabilitation Center (2005 S Lexington St, Holden, MO 64040).
In lieu of flowers, the family suggest memorial contributions be made to the Johnson County Cancer Foundation P.O. Box 169, Warrensburg, MO 64093.
