He was predeceased by: his parents, Vincent Spiwak and Sophia Spiwak (Kryzck); his wife Betsy Ann Spiwak; his son Steven Lee Spiwak; and his siblings, Jesse T. Spiwak, Ted Spiwak and Ginny Powell.
He is survived by: his children, Richard Wayne Spiwak (Linda), Harrah, Danny Joe Spiwak (Debria), John David Spiwak, Wanda June Swigert (Mark), Hermitage and Tammy Sue Aldridge (James); and his sister Irene Dinges. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren.
