He was predeceased by: his parents, John Kenneth Bailey and Loretta Mae Bailey (Fetting); his wife Donett Bailey; and his brother John J. Bailey. He is survived by: his children, Bobby Lee Bailey Jr. of Hannibal, MO, Lydia Gunn of Kansas City, MO and Terri Bailey of Mount Dora, FL; and his siblings, Joseph Bailey (Cristy) of Holden, MO, Darlene Soper (Cecil) of Oak Grove, MO and Patsy Eggert (Merle) of Port Hope, MI. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren and many great grandchildren.
