Yvonne Reel Obituary

Holcomb ~ Yvonne Reel, 83 of Holcomb, passed away on Thursday, July 18, 2024 at Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center in Poplar Bluff, Missouri.

Yvonne, daughter of Raleigh Gonet Key and Wilda Nadine Johnson, was born on Saturday, January 25, 1941 in Caryville, Arkansas.

She retired from the Division of Family Services, she also worked at DAEOC and was Energy Assistance Program Manager for Kennett and Portageville. She received her Associate of Arts from Three Rivers and was of the Baptist Faith.

On February 20, 1956 in Hernando, Mississippi, she was united in marriage to Jerry Reel. He survives.

Other survivors include daughters, Jerris Evans of Wappapello, Cherri Furrer of Arnold; grandchildren, Janina Dutka (Adam) of Piggott, Steven Furrer (Samantha) of Arnold, Becca Bennett (Doug) of Chicago, Joshua Reel (Kristen) Chattanooga, Latosha Ludwig (Rob) of Bonne Terre, Cory Reel (Brittany) of Clarkton; great-grandchildren, Skylar Stone, Lexey Stone, Alexander Bennett, Adeline Bennett; and great-great-granddaughter, Annalynn Crow.

She was preceded in death by her parents; five sons, Scottie Reel, Steve Reel, Kevin Reel, Bryan Reel, Jeff Reel and sister, Janine Scruggs.

A private memorial service will be held at a later date.

Landess Funeral Home and Crematory of Campbell are in charge of the arrangements.
