She is survived by: her father Everett Ray Tubb; her sons, Tyler Stultz of Holcomb, Missouri and Trey Gentry of Holcomb, Missouri; her siblings, Melissa Rice of Malden, Missouri and Chad Tubb (Sequaya) of Holcomb, Missouri; and her grandchildren, Lance and Ledger Stultz.
