He is survived by: his wife Lisa Cunningham of Holcomb, MO.; his daughters, Laura Beth Richmond (Gavin) of Cape Girardeau, MO and Katie Carter (Hayden) of Phoenix, AZ.; his brother Daren Cunningham of Kennett; and his grandchildren, Reid and Rhett Richmond.
