It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joseph Garlin Nelson of Holcomb, Missouri, who passed away on September 7, 2021, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert L. Nelson and Sleety Burgett Nelson; and his siblings, Grady, Henry, Fred, Robert, Othell, Guin, Glen, Mildred Garner, Margie Bates and Willie Walls.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy Bullinger; his sons, Joe Nelson, Jr. (Kim) of Holcomb, Jerry Nelson of Holcomb, Kevin Nelson of Holcomb and Steve Nelson (Tina) of Springdale, Arkansas; his grandchildren, Kassandra Dalton (Jeff), Stephanie Mendoza (Jesus), Joseph Nelson (Trai), Jacob Nelson (Dallas), Trystan Nelson, Michael Nelson (Victoria) and Mason Nelson; his siblings, Ray Nelson (Louise) of Millikin and Rachel Lytle of Morrilton, Arkansas.; and his grandsons, Jacob Nelson Trystan Nelson and Jesus Mendoza. He is also survived by 14 Great-Grandchildren.
