He is survived by: his children, Brandy Cooper (Thomas) of Paragould, Amanda McCabe (Chad) of Mulberry, Tiffany Moore of Little Rock, Arkansas and Thomas Stultz of McCroy, Arkansas; his brother Randy Stultz of Oklahoma; and his grandchildren, Tayten, Rylee, Avery, Olen and Kristopher.
