He is survived by: his daughters, Tabitha Goforth (Doug) of Hillsboro and Tara Fields of De Soto, Missouri.; his sister Kaye Eineichner; his grandchildren, Justin Goforth (Ashley), Austin Goforth (Gavyn), Bobbie Michelle Collier (Jordan), Jacob Boyer (Chloe), Ryan Fields (Karson) and Dillon Fields (Sonia); and his great grandchildren, Reagan, Blake, Conrad, Hazel, Braxton, Camden, Haylee, Hadley, Rosten, Cohen, Brayson and Brently.
