He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Gamble Sr. and Mary Gamble; and his brother-in-law Nick Bognar. He is survived by: his wife Mickie; his children, Paul Scott Gamble (Sandy) of Florida and Terri Moja (Robert) of Florida; his grandchildren, Scotty Wilhem (Kayse), Randy Gamble (Kristina), Nicole Pickard (Sean), Consie-Ann Wilhelm and Logan McMahon; his great grandchildren, Hunter, Caleb and Tripp; his great great grandchild Leila Kate; and his siblings, Beverly Bognar of Barnhart, MO, Janet Becker (Ron) of Mehlville, MO, Carol Weston (David) of Barnhart, MO and Jack Gamble Jr. (Tammy) of Hawaii.
