She was predeceased by: her parents, August Faulstich and Loretta Faulstich; and her brothers, Jan and Don Faulstich. She is survived by: her daughter Stephanie Mahn; her husband Mike Burch; her daughters, Julie Burch, Jaclyn (Burch) and Oven; her grandchildren, Charlize, Ashton, Kaela Cook, Braden and Oven; and her brothers, Dale and Jay Faulstich.
