He was predeceased by: his parents, Stephen Gallagher and Grace Gallagher. He is survived by: his wife Deloris Gallagher; his children, Sharon Nichols-Fielder (Bryan) of Hillsboro, David Smith (Sheila) of Festus, Roger Smith (Fawn) of Festus and John Gallagher (Theresa) of Festus, Missouri.; his grandchildren, Stephanie Nichols, Stephen Nichols (Angie), Jessica Jahns (Kyle), Kurt Smith, Amanda Smith, Micaela Brauch (David) and Anthony Smreker (Cassie); and his great grandchildren, Ava, Mateo, Lena and Jonah. He is also survived by several nieces, and nephews.
