Crockett (Chuck); his daughter-in-law Leta Jones (John Jones); his grandchildren, Jennifer Jones, Shawnna Haynes (Jake), Jessica Jones (Mike) and Jonathan Crockett (Shannon); his great grandchildren, Tyler Harden (Shania), Luke Harden, Drayton Jones (Beth), Madison Davis (Sammie), Sadie Kaspar, Sonny Harden, Lil Haynes, Lucky Haynes and Austin Crockett; and his great great grandchildren, Vivienne Jones, Jameson Davis, Evangeline Jones and Colter Davis.
In place of flowers, memorials may be made to the charity of Choice or the Alzheimer's Association.
