He was predeceased by: his parents, Frances Bergner and James Winick, Sr.; and his siblings, Leroy Bergner and Judy Litton. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Bergner of Hillsboro, MO; his children, Jerry Bergner of Potosi, MO, Sam Bergner (Kathleen) of Farmington, MO, Steven Bergner (Tanya) of Hillsboro, MO, Cynthia Powell-Hurley (John) of Festus, MO and Patricia Powell-Mollet (Scott) of Weldon Springs, MO; his siblings, Johnny Litton (Carmen) of Blackwell, MO, George Litton of Potosi, MO and Helen Woods (Harry) of Potosi, MO; and his grandchildren, Jamie of Samantha, JW, Amy of Sami Jo, AJ, Austin, Mathew, Ethan, Taylor, Josh, Miranda and Ayden. He is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren.
