He was predeceased by: his parents, Forrest Holladay and Pearl "Betty" Holladay (Workman); and his brother Daniel. He is survived by: his wife Sandy Holladay (Schaller); his daughter Tami Brueggemann; his grandson Raistlin Brueggemann (Katelynn); his great grandchild Carter Brueggemann; and his brother David Holladay (Sharon).
