He was predeceased by: his parents, George Wiley and Vera Wiley (Schubel); his siblings, Norman Wiley and Dr. Joyce Sheets; his daughter Jacqueline Bieser; his nephew Jason Wiley; and his great grandchild Alexis Wiley.
He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth "Sharon" Wiley of Hillsboro; and his children, Mark Wiley (Debbie) of Hillsboro, Mary Beth Stanfield (Terry), Charles Bieser (Kim) of Hillsboro and David Bieser (Keena) of Festus. He is also survived by many Grandchildren, Great Grandchildren, Great Great Grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends.
