Michael; her daughters, Angie Mayfield (Doug), Tasha Michael and Tina Bock (Trent); her grandchildren, Clayton, Georgia Mayfield and Brody Michael; and her siblings, Dennis Henson, Linda Clark, Lesley Joan Price (David) and Donna Graham.
Instead, she asked family and friends to make a donation to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
