He was predeceased by: his parents, Loren Maples and Velvie Maples (Moore). He is survived by: his wife Kathy Maples of Highlandville; his children, Steve Perkins of Springfield, Brad Maples (Melinda) of Springfield, Cindy Maples (Jerad Wyatt) of Sunrise Beach and Lisa Johnson (Jeff Carner) of Battlefield; and his siblings, Martha Ellen White of Highlandville, Marcella Moore of Springfield and Jean Coats (Lendal) of Independence. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; his great grandchildren.
