He was predeceased by: his father Clifford Ellingsworth; and his son Ronald Lee Ellingsworth, Jr.. He is survived by: his children, Niki Ellingsworth of Highlandville and Dan Ellingsworth of Spokane; his grandchildren, Brianna Dawn Ellingsworth and Jaden Marie Ellingsworth; his great grandchild Colton Riley Barsness; his mother Imogene Ellingsworth; and his siblings, Monty Ellingsworth of Spokane and Rhonda Carr (Dexter) of Galena.
