He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Don Smith and Rita McMeekin; his wife Mindy Smith; his children, Kasey McMillan and Clay Woody; and his grandchildren, Morgan McMillan, Carl Woody, Randall Woody and Cristopher Woody. He was also cherished by his family, friends.
