She is survived by: her children, Marsha Kinner (William) of Ozark, Gloria Keithley (Mike) of Ozark, Kenneth Blevins (Mary Jo) of Highlandville, Alvin Blevins (Cathy) of Highlandville, Allen Blevins of Highlandville and Dale Blevins of Highlandville.
