She is survived by: her husband Donald; her children, Jack Burk (Cindy) of Sparta, Larry Burk of Highlandville, Donna Pfister (Jerry) of West Plains, Carol Nelson of Highlandville and Cheryl Johnson of Ozark; her grandchildren, Traci, Amy, Joni, Brad, Jamie, Amanda, Lacie, Melanie, Greg, Josh, Tyler and Courtney; and her sister Lula Belle Winslow of Ozark. She is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
