He is survived by: his children, Jamie Dopp (Steve) of Ozark, Amanda Burk of Ozark and Lacie Burk of Ozark; his grandchildren, Lilly Dopp, Parker Dopp and Carson Blakely; his siblings, Jack Burk (Cindy Burk) of Sparta, Carol Nelson of Sparta and Cheryl Johnson of Ozark; and his brother-in-law Jerry Pfister of West Plains. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
