He is survived by: his parents, Cyndy Garner of Highlandville and Rob Garner of Ozark; his wife Nikohl Johns; his siblings, Jeff Rogers of Sparta and Jessica Garner of Jefferson City; and his grandmother Kay Applegate of Ozark. He is also survived by numerous cousins, aunts, uncles and friends.
