She was predeceased by: her parents, George Hall and Gwendolyn Hall (Meyers); her husband Earl Rice; and her sister Gwen Benedict. She is survived by: her son Rick Kessinger; and her brother Walter Hall (Marlene). She is also survived by seven grandchildren; and many great grandchildren and nieces, nephews; and great nieces and nephews.
