He was predeceased by: his parents, Estel Noyes and Golden Noyes; his son Tim Noyes; and his siblings, Darrell Noyes, Okel Noyes, Joe Noyes, Bernell Noyes, Audrey Roland and Ina Moody.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley Noyes (Bishop); his daughters, Pam King of Whitter, CA and Robin (Jonathan Packwood) of Bois D'arc; his stepchildren, Janice (Everett Evans), Springfield and Robert (Cristine Case) of Fair Grove; and his sisters, Sharon Dominey of Highlandville, Alice Bussey (Bill) and Lake Havasu.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in Tennessee.
