He is survived by: his wife Phena Warren of Highlandville, MO; his daughter Carolyn Hale (Carl) of Highlandville, MO; his grandchildren, Bill Hale and Christy Cunningham (Justin); and his great grandchildren, Rori Cunningham, Harper Cunningham, Reagan Cunningham and Winifred Cunningham. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
