It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carl E. Powley of Highlandville, Missouri, who passed away on June 6, 2022, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, A. E. Powley and Nora Powley. He is survived by: his wife Joy Berk; his children, Tamara Cox (Gerry), Kimberly Omlor (Gary) and Tobin Powley (Kellie); and his grandchildren, Hunter, Tanner, Sailor Powley and Gerrett Cox.
