He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Rainey and Anna Rainey; and his siblings, Irene Tesreau, Anna May Chapman (Lee), Geraldine Evans, Norma Tripp, Marie Whitaker, Etta Lou Wray, Lillian Johnson, John Rainey and Wayne Rainey.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia A. Rainey; his son Wayne Rainey (late Denise); his grandsons, Austin Rainey (Madison) and Gavin Rainey; his great grandchildren, Aiden and Kennedy Rainey; and his brothers, Roy Rainey (Pat) and Carl Rainey.
Memorial Donations may be made to the American Diabetes Association in honor of Willard.
