He was predeceased by: his parents, Milfred West and Leona West; and his daughter Victoria. He is survived by: his wife Ruth West; his children, Johnny West and Mindi (Steve); and his brother Alexander Tomey (Stephanie). He is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, numerous extended family and friends.
